Your data is yours. You can delete your Abacus account and everything in it at any time — here’s exactly how, and what happens.

How to request deletion
Email contact@devrige.com from the email address on your Abacus account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request comes from you and then permanently delete your account — you don’t need to give a reason.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile — name, email, and sign-in identity.
- Every financial record you added — wallets, transactions, budgets, categories, goals, investments, and recurring items.
- Any receipts or statements you uploaded, and their metadata.
- Your devices, sessions, and notification history.
How long it takes
Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days of a verified request; encrypted backups roll off on their normal cycle shortly after. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
What we may keep
Only the minimum required by law — for example records we are legally obliged to retain, or basic logs needed to prevent fraud and abuse. These are kept no longer than required and are never used to profile you.
Cancel Pro first
If you subscribe to Abacus Pro, cancel it in Google Play before deleting so billing stops cleanly — deleting your account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
